11. Delivery Access

Customers ordering mattresses or other large products are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible.

This includes checking entrances, doorways, stairs, lifts, hallways and other areas through which the product may need to pass.

Cova Sleep or its delivery partners may be unable to complete a delivery where access is unsafe, restricted or physically unsuitable.

12. Missed or Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides an incorrect address or cannot provide reasonable access to the delivery location, a new delivery arrangement may be required.

Additional delivery or logistics charges may apply where an unsuccessful delivery results from circumstances within the customer's control.

13. Inspection on Delivery

Where reasonably possible, customers should inspect the packaging and product when the order is received.

Any obvious damage, incorrect item or delivery issue should be reported to Cova Sleep promptly.

Photographs or videos may be requested when investigating a reported issue.

14. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact Cova Sleep as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be easier before an order has been prepared or dispatched.

16. Mattresses, Pillows & Bedding

A personal preference for a particular firmness, softness, feel or comfort level does not automatically mean a mattress or sleep product is defective.

Any specific comfort-trial offer will apply only where expressly stated as part of the product's terms.

17. Warranty

Eligible Cova Sleep products may be covered by a limited product warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage does not generally include damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unsuitable support, physical damage, normal wear or personal comfort preference.
