Warranty Information
We want you to feel confident in your Cova Sleep purchase. This page explains the general conditions that apply to product warranty claims, including what may be covered, what is not covered and how to request support.
1. Warranty Coverage
Eligible Cova Sleep products may come with a limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects under normal household use.
The exact warranty period may vary by product. Where a specific warranty period applies, it should be stated on the product page, packaging, invoice or other documentation provided with your purchase.
2. What May Be Covered
Subject to inspection and the terms applicable to the specific product, warranty coverage may include manufacturing defects such as:
- Structural faults caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Defective materials or workmanship affecting normal product use.
- Faults in components that occur under normal and appropriate use.
- Other qualifying defects specifically covered by the product warranty.
3. What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage or changes caused by misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
- Normal softening, settling or changes in comfort over time.
- Minor cosmetic changes that do not affect normal product use.
- Damage caused by stains, liquids, moisture or improper cleaning.
- Tears, cuts, burns or physical damage after delivery.
- Damage caused by bending, folding or handling the product incorrectly.
- Damage resulting from an unsuitable bed frame or support base.
- Damage caused during movement, transport or relocation after delivery.
- Use of the product for purposes other than normal household use.
- Damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications or alterations.
- General dissatisfaction with firmness or personal comfort preference where no manufacturing defect exists.
4. Proper Product Support
Mattresses should be used on an appropriate and supportive bed base or frame. Inadequate support can affect the mattress and may also affect warranty eligibility.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the bed frame, platform or base used with the mattress is appropriate for the product.
5. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase may be required before a warranty claim can be reviewed.
This may include your Cova Sleep order number, receipt, invoice or other information that allows us to verify the original purchase.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Cova Sleep product has a qualifying defect, contact our customer care team with the relevant order and product details.
| Step 1 | Contact Cova Sleep customer care and explain the issue. |
| Step 2 | Provide your order number, customer name and contact details. |
| Step 3 | Provide clear photos or videos showing the reported issue where requested. |
| Step 4 | Allow our team to review the claim and request any additional information required. |
| Step 5 | If necessary, the product may need to be inspected before a decision is made. |
7. Inspection and Assessment
Cova Sleep reserves the right to inspect or assess a product before approving a warranty claim.
Photos, videos, measurements or physical inspection may be requested depending on the nature of the issue.
A reported issue is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect until it has been reviewed and confirmed.
8. Approved Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved, the appropriate remedy will depend on the product, the nature of the defect and the applicable warranty terms.
Depending on the circumstances, Cova Sleep may choose to:
- Repair the affected product or component.
- Replace the affected component.
- Replace the product with the same or a comparable product.
- Provide another reasonable resolution where appropriate.
9. Warranty and Delivery Costs
Transport, collection, inspection or redelivery arrangements may depend on the nature of the claim, customer location and the applicable product warranty.
Any applicable charges should be communicated to the customer before the relevant service is carried out.
10. Original Purchaser
Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser of the product and may not be transferable to another person.
11. Product Care
Customers are expected to follow reasonable product care instructions. Failure to properly care for the product may affect warranty eligibility.
For mattresses, this includes keeping the product dry, using appropriate support and protecting it from avoidable physical damage.
12. Warranty Period
The warranty period applicable to each product should be confirmed from the product listing or documentation supplied at the time of purchase.
13. Additional Information
This warranty policy should be read together with any product-specific warranty conditions and Cova Sleep’s applicable terms and conditions.
Where product-specific warranty terms differ from this general information, the product-specific terms may apply.
